MTN LTE

I recently bought LTE online on MTN’s website and then they finished the application via an agent calling me. They had charged me a pro rata fee of 2 months’ premium.

I paid it and they said DSV will deliver on Friday that week (I think 2 weeks ago now). They never delivered and said the biometric system failed. Then they called and said they will deliver last week Wednesday and still they didn’t deliver. When I called to enquire, they said the order has been cancelled and I should reapply again. I said I won’t I need my money back but they haven’t refunded me.
