MTN LTE contract

Pathetic service from mtn, customer service mail full emails bouncing back, no one answers mtn pavilion store, got a contract last month 10/08/2020, router has been dysfunctional got given another,same issue, have not been able to use my LTE contract since day 1, returned the router was told it will take 1 week, been struggling to get feed, almost a month later still joy or resolve for the matter. Totally disappointed and and disgusted with the service delivery.
