Mtn lte connection

GRABOUW area Afrihost’s installed a Wifi Lte router with a Mtn sim in November 2020 and we have 30% usage. Full Mtn signal, but no int connection. No replies on fault reporting. Afrihost log a “ticket” With no response really pathetic. Past 3 days no data , int access.
