MTN LTE BUST

Cannot believe MTN cannot unlock a MTN LTE router that is networked locked.... Been trying to use the router but it is MTN locked, i have MTN sim but from a different ISP, they simply tell me they cannot unlock the router I must use a MTN sim, i have a MTN sim but they refuse to unlock the router
