MTN LTE bad and *********** service

We signed a fixed LTE contract(***8), on top of our current monthly cellphone contract on 1 April. We have had NOTHING BUT BAD AND *********** SERVICE from MTN. The sim was delivered (eventually!!) with no instructions. Plugged the router etc in and till today still no internet. went to the MTN store in Pretoria, talked to Mpho, and first it had to be activated, but it didn't work then "FICA" on an already Fica'd account nonsense... All was done from our side we are now going to pay a full month for 1/2 a months service. STAY AWAY
