Mtn Lte

I have signed a contract with Mtn coverage dept for a Lte internet service unlimited/uncapped.Since April that I moved into my new house I have connection/service problems.I have phoned,email MTN numerous times without any assistance from their side.I have been to the Vredenburg Mall Mtn office which also send a e mail to Custemore service,still no joy.I have requested the Coverage dept to send a technician to come and test my coverage at Velddrif western Cape,no assistance.I have requested the coverage dept to give me a letter that I have coverage issues so that I can cancel my contract without any penalties still no assistance.Can Helo Peter please assist Me in this regard.
