MTN loyalty points **** !!!

MTN Loyalty points ****!!!! I had a loyalty points balance of over 22 000, I bought 1 Gb of data that is supposed to last me 1 day...the data was loaded but cannot be used. I called the Mtn call center and spoke to a very cold and dismissive Nqobile who told me that data cannot he used because I am on a contract...then why do they allow me to buy data that cannot be used? And why do they have loyalty points for contract customers if they cannot use them? I have been with Mtn for years not and I have spend tens of thousands of rand on them only for them to **** me out of my loyalty points You have lost a customer, my next contract will definitely not be with you MTN!!!
