MTN loyalty fees

I did not get a new device and/or a sim card on my last "upgrade". Even after being with MTN for over 20 years, loyalty does not count and I still have to pay a cancellation fee for purchasing absolutely nothing. I'm taking all four of my contracts to another service provider.
