MTN Loyalty comes with Ts and Cs

After savings up on MTN loyalty points for a few years, I finally decided to spend some of them on airtime so that I could purchase data. While trying to purchase the data I get an error message - to then find out that you can't buy data with loyalty airtime. Nowhere along that purchase journey does it tell you that. Otherwise, I wouldn't have done it. So please can you reimburse me those loyalty points so that I can buy the data I wanted - with the earned LOYALTY points.
