MTN low on stock

I am due for an upgrade on my contract and selected an online special on november 25th 2020 through mondo. The device i chose was a samsung galaxy a11 and smart active watch. The watch is aparently in short supply but nearly 2 months later the excuse does not make any sense anymore. Please help
