MTN loves doing *****ulent deals - Second experience

MTN, I am disappointed. In August 2022, they allowed someone to upgrade my business contracts, the letterhead, the email address, address and signatures did not match previous emails, yet they allowed all my numbers to be upgraded. They refused to reverse and cancel until I got an affidavit, the audacity, you guys allowed someone with nothing matching previous documents but I had to prove I am the real owner? Where was this when they were taking the phones?

Anyways, I let this slide, it was resolved and I cancelled 3 out of the 4 numbers. Lo and behold, even though they got an email where I stated no upgrades are allowed unless I go to Midlands mall, they are the only ones I will use to do any upgrades in future, MTN does it again. They allowed ***** again, even with the police affidavit, even with me stating that I am only upgrading in Midlands only, they allowed this to happen again.

MTN you guys are disgusting, the amount of ***** you guys allow, under your own noses. Never deal with them unless you want your account used to be ****med.
