MTN lost my cellphone

I have just about had it with MTN on 28 May 2020 I handed my cellphone inn at the Uitenhage store to have it repaired and after a month of not hearing anything I visited the store and after waiting 1hr outside to see a consultant I was told they offline and I need to contact the technical repair centre I went home and did this and was told all the stories under the sun and kept getting told I have to call back the next day. i received a sms on 23 June saying that my repair has been completed and that the phone has been dispatched after a week not receiving a call from store i called the technical after sales line after speaking to several consultants it eventually came to light that MTN does not know where my phone is and they stating the IMEI number they have is not the same IMEI number as my phone I immediately went to the Uitenhage store and the lady I spoke to said my phone was with Hisense still in repair and that my phone left store mid june and she will keep in contact with me the foll day re this. I got a call to be told that my phone is still missing and she has asked the repair centre to do a full investigation I am upset and appalled by this service that my phone is missing and that MTN has failed to be upfront and to remedy the problem...this is still ongoing we have two contracts with MTN and this is schocking
