MTN - LOST FOR WORDS ABOUT TERIBLE SERVICE

So after my first review i made about how im struggling for a whole year just to upgrade my contract with mtn, they responded and said it will be sorted out asap. This has once again been over a month that has passed and still nothing. Can i even call this pathetic? As it seems i need a much better word to describe mtn's non existing customer service. BAD BAD BAD AND EVEN WORSE service provider. Wake up, you are chasing away loyal clients
