MTN LOOTING MY MONEY

Am very much disappointed with MTN service after I've lost such a large amount of money WITHOUT services rendered. I was convinced with mobile router with 20GB package contract worth R130pm. From December 2020 to date I've been paying that R130 without even router in my hands. I've canceled the subscription and paid R990.54 dated 5 December 2020 as a cancelation fee. All I want is my refund from January 2021 to date altogether with cancelation of ******* service. I got tons of references trying to cancel this but still my money is looted.
