MTN looting

MTN will send from one pillar to the other, you call the customer service you are told to visit the store, yesterday did visit the store and was then told to call the customer service, hence their service is out of order extremely. I ordered a contract sim which was never activated and out of the blue I am owing the money without attempts to even debit my account. The account is now lying on my credit profile and am affected for things that I didn't even benefits.
