MTN loosing the plot?

I have been with MTN for over 20 years and been paying my account via EFT. In the last 2 month my account has been suspended 10 times. This is really upsetting me into the ground, seeing that I pay clockwise on the 25th of every month. My account is not in arrears so WHY IS MY ACCOUNT BEEN SUSPENDED EVERY TIME???? I see that I am not the only customer complaining about my problem at the moment. What is going on at MTN?
