MTN loosing customers day by day
I have logged a complaint on 16/07. Mtn rep**** and still I am waiting for feedback. They just do not care about their customers and I see a lot of complaints for them. Really need to change my service provider and in a time like this your customer service should be your first priority. Probably struggling to get through all their complaints. I am waiting for feedback.
