Mtn looking for money
Every month I get a call from some attorneys stating that my mtn account is arrears. Every month I explain to them that I never had a contract with mtn and am using prepaid service from VODACOM for as long as cell phones have been in existence in South Africa. Is mtn so hard up for money that they phone people who don't even have contracts with them.
Good day Noor,
Thank you for your post.
We apologize for the inconveniences that you have experienced. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
We tried to call you and got voice mail. This may be a case a mistaken identities or *****. Therefore we will need you to please provide the debt collectors with a sworn SAPS affidavit and a certified copy of your ID. The matter will then be investigated and depending on the outcome a ***** case may be logged.
Please note the sooner this is done the sooner the debt collectors will stop calling you, requesting that you need to pay MTN.
Kind Regards,
