MTN Longbeach mall bad customer service

They refuse to help an elderly pensioner with her faulty WiFi, they decided on her debit date and when the debit date fell on a Sunday the money was in the account they disconnected her WiFi and now it's not working at all she cannot watch TV or anything the manager in store refused to listen to me and disconnected my phonecall in my ear while I was speaking the WiFi is still down and the customer has to travel up and down for assistance after being on hold with mtn customer service for 5 hours with no help...don't ever consider contracting with these guys..once the deal is through they don't care about any issues that are being faced.
