How is MTN protecting my security when they ask me to email the following information to them to validate my 5th query (none of the others were responded to) regarding the expiry date of my contract? - surely a phone call to my dedicated MTN cell number would reduce risk to both MTN and myself of a contracted customer! Below is an exact copy paste of the email received (yes that is the number of ? marks that were inserted in the email)
