MTN LOGIC NOT FOUND
So I get a phone call from MTN offering me a contract for a phone with 50min 50sms and 350mb of data for R199 a month. Its a good deal but the data is not enough so they offer me a add on of R89 for 2gb so I took it. Days went by and I got the phone but with 2 sim cards. Not knowing why I phoned MTN and asked. They answered one is for the contract plan and one is for the data plan
THE PHONE IS NOT DUEL SIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I asked how do they expect me to use the sim cards? The reply was you have take out the contract sim and put in the data sim if you want to use data and take out the data sim and put in the contract sim when you want to make a phone call.
As someone who use a phone for work and social media this will never work and who the hell would want to swap sim cards everyday???????

As per our online discussion you have returned the device with the 2 sim cards on the 4th of May to MTN Carnival Mall
Please may we have the w000 number received from the store to send a request to the MTN Warehouse for confirmation that the device was received back from the store.
We have cancelled the debit order.
