MTN lodged unauthorised debit order against my wif

For Attention TIM - MTN Complaints Management Team: REQ:***: Your response dated 17March2016 refers. We are NOT prepared to waste more time and resources to resolve an issue that has been created entirely by the inefficiency of MTN's employees & their apparent failure to comply with the National Credit Act (NCA), FICA and RICA. We do NOT have any obligation to prove to MTN that my wife did NOT apply for an account - rather - MTN has an obligation to prove to US that she did. I won't trust MTN with ANY of my details in case they, too, are abused!<br> <br> MTN SHOULD have the following documents on file: (1) a decent copy of my wife's ID; (2) a document that provides PROOF of her Bank account details; (3) A copy of a UTILITY Bill providing proof of her residential address; (4) SIGNED authorisations to open a new account with MTN as well as collecting payments from her bank account. If any ONE of these items cannot be produced by MTN, your account will be invalid. We renewed our cellphone contracts with our existing provider last year & KNOW my wife DID NOT apply for an account with MTN.<br> You need to do YOUR job properly and investigate this matter without harassing us any further!
