MTN loan phone.

<p>I am not happy with the service i am getting from the mtn insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Five weeks ago i returned my phone to them because it had a problem with the audion jerk port, they took more than three weeks to return it. The worst thing is that when i return it to the mtn store i bought it from they said they cant give me a loan phone however when i call the insaurance department no one answers my calls even after waiting for more than 30 minutes on the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after they fixed the audio port my phone came back with a problem that it didnt have before, the microphone is not working and still the store cant give me a loan phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN will you please contact me and give me a loan phone while you are fixing what you broke on my phone!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Knowing that you are such a big telecom company i seriously expect you to understand frustration regarding this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>A seriously disappointed customer by the service I am getting from you.</p> <p> </p>
