MTN - LOADSHEDDING? NO SIGNAL

I do not understand how MTN is a running business. We pay MTN thousands of rands, monthly, and there is almost never service on the MTN network.

When we have loadshedding, you make use of your cellular data, but no, no signal to do so. We have loadshedding for 4 hours, your mtn signal is gone for 4 hours.

I've spoken to some *********** worker at MTN and they said that the batteries are not able to take the load of the loadshedding, honestly? We still pay the full amount each and every months, GET BACKUP batteries.

Even though, I will just move my services to Vodacom, as they seem to have a little bit more brains than MTN - ********
