MTN loads ********** debit can be contacted

I have had a debit on my account from MTN. I have no services with MTN at all. I understand that ***** is an un-fortunate part of life today, and this would be coming from someone that has opened an account with MTN. My main complaint against MTN is that there seems to be no recourse. To use the MTN call line (083 153) it required an MTN cell number to continue. Essentially if you are not an MTN customer you can not deal with MTN. The automated response to the ***** email on the website has an automated response referring you to the 083 153 line.
