MTN LOADS CHARGES AS THEY SEE FIT

What is wrong with MTN? I took out a new contract, then sent an email to cancel, then after a week i get it cancelled, conveniently after cut off, so i need to pay pro-rata cancellation, then i get a nother debit, after the promised last debit. Yesterday i see MTN authorised WASPS on my ROUTER SIM CARD. ROUTER SIM CARD. HOW DO YOU EVEN AUTHORISE THAT. This morning i see insurance has been loaded onto my contract. WHO AUTHORISED IT.
