MTN load wrong package and can't figure out how to correct their mistake !

I took out a new contract on the 26/11/2021. MTN loaded the incorrect package. 10+ weeks later MTN cannot figure how to correct it.

I'm exhausted! Can someone advise on where I can go to from here ? Thanks
