MTN - Living with the fruits of MY \POOR"CHOICE"""
Hi I trust that you are well. This has been an ongoing battle with the service consultants at MTN dating back 10/02/2015. I have been trying to book a handset in for repairs. The device is insured however getting it booked it has been an serious battle with each of the consultants I have encountered. I have even emailed retention and still waiting feedback.I tried booking the phone in at Centurion yesterday and there are now further requirements. At the first attempt I was asked to produce a proof of purchased for a contract phone on MTN network. The 2nd attempt charger needs to be included. 3rd attempt the original charger. 4 attempt the orignal back cover. At this point in time all I required is for MTN to please book my phone in for repairs. I was left dumbfounded by a consultant who advised me to go to Nashua Mobile and book the phone in. Could some please assist me all I need is for my insured phone to be repaired as per the insurance premium I have been paying for the past two years. I have all of the correspondence with MTN service, retention and a number of other departments. This is not the service expected from a provider that I have been loyal to for over 14yrs.
