MTN Lite

Negative negative experience!!! I eventually discovered that my voicemail had been replaced by MTN Lite After visiting the MTN outlet at domestic arrivals at OR Tambo Airport who did not solve the problem although assuring me they had I have been interacting with their customer service for the last 2 weeks (By the way they do NOT respond within 24 hours as promised and need repeated emails before they respond) However, it would seem they are not capable of solving the problem I have had a contract at MTN for the last 22 years which is due to be renewed but, unless somebody at MTN manages to solve this problem, I will definitely NOT be renewing it Trish
