MTN Lists their Clients with Debt Collectors and the Credit Bureau Unfairly

MTN listed me on the credit bureau. Has no sensible explanation. Confirms the account is up-to-date. They have no proof that they contacted me to say that they intent on listing me. Cannot provide the information supporting the listing. Their debt collectors VVM are rude and call me in the middle of the night. The amount VVM claim I owe is completely different to that which MTN all of a sudden say I owe. They have listed me anyway. Debt collection department expects me to make payment without answering any of my questions. Their services email does not respond to any enquiries - I guess they are happy to know that they have an autoresponder.
