Mtn listing puts me through hell

Im confused is there a place where i can lay an official complaint against mtn. Since 2012 when i starded working and wanted to open a bank account with capitec and they said they couldn't open it and they gave me a number,ever since then never could fix the issue. recently after opening a different account with the same bank I've been using since 2012,my whole salary got frozen in that account as i type this review i haven't received a cent from my salary,which i should have got on the 25th of this month and everyone that i owe money to ia hounding me like im running away. All because its said i tried to open a contract at mtn with ********** documents to which i have no knowledge of. The painful part when i try and get help from mtn. They tell me to open a ticket and in order to do that i must send an affidavit and id copy. I tried doing that 3 times two being unsuccessful because the customer service agents gave me wrong email addresses after holding for the line forever to get through. Never got a reply or anything from sending those documents, another waste of just like the calls themselves. I finally got an email address which just gave me an automated email with the reference number ********** 5 and i wouldbe given feedback in 3 Working days. Besides owing people money and being broke with a salary stuck in a frozen account and having to buy airtime to call mtn and r30 just disappears and to direction. With all that how do i feed my 9 month old daughter. Wow mtn neh
