MTN listing me on ITC for a paid up contract

I paid and settled my contract with MTN in September 2024, the contract was to initially end in Nov but I settled early. Today I am receiving an email that the contract is on month to month and no prepaid. I called and spoke to their “MTN champion” and I am informed that my account is with their legal department and I am listed on ITC😤.. WHY LIST ME ON ITC FOR SOMETHING I PAID FOR ????? MTN is ruining my life with their negligence and incompetence. I work in the finance industry and my record my must be clean and square. I want this sorted as soon as today
