MTN LISTING CUSTOMERS WITHOUT BASIS AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE
Had I not app**** for contract mobile phone I was not going to be aware that MTN has listed me. I had a debit order set up which ran for 24 months. I was advised by MTN contract department to make sure that I cancel the contract after 24 months so that it does not run past 24 months. I cancelled after last debit order and now i find out that it was not cancelled instead they listed my name and I'm unable to buy phone on contract from all the networks. If there's anyone out there who can help me with this matter???

10 Dec 2019, 13:57 Do you realize the inconvenience you have caused me????? My phone has been ****** and I am unable to get a new phone from you and other networks because of MTN wrongful listing. I have missed out on Vodacom and Telkom promotions because of you. I am going to miss out on the MTN promotion because of this listing. I was never called not even once to say that there is an amount due on my account because I would have done something about it. I take care of my credit profile and I maintain it to keep it in good status. Now you want to put me through this dreadful process and I need a cell phone now. THIS IS YOUR MISTAKE, PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED AS IN YESTERDAY SO I CAN GET A PHONE.
