MTN LISTED ME WITH CREDIT BUREAU

I have contactes MTN a few times regarding emails i am receiving and sms's i am receiving which i dont know what its about. So when i call MTN they dont find anything wrong with my account. However I have been listed at the credit bureau by MTN. Now this is a huge problem for me. It states i am in 90 days arears. I have sent MTN the emails and the sms's i have received to see what is going on, this is def *****, someone has my details, but yet MTN does not pick up anything. How can MTN list me with the credit bureau if my account is clear. I am beyond angry, as now my credit record is not looking good at all. I will go to my lawyers about this. I have given enough time for someone from MTN to sort this out. I have been with MTN for years, i am extremely frustrated with them. I will take this further! Shocking service.
