MTN line not canceled

My contract came to an end on 16 June 2026. Since then I continue to receive statements and sms messages at 11pm from MTN advising they have sent my statement. There is a credit amount of R20 on the account too.

I have emailed you several times and you have confirmed line closed but you continue to harass me with sms's and statements.
