MTN *****LINE LACK OF ASSISTANCE

My daughter got a call from ****mers claiming to call from MTN and that somebody is busy with a SIM swop. Unfortunately she gave them an OTP number but halfway through the call, she realised it is a **** and cut the call. The ****sters managed to increase her data limit and started to transfer data and airtime (airtime minutes 1194.12 and the Data 935.79 Gigabyte) but with her ending the call THEY DID NOT MANAGE TO access the Data or Airtime. It is now reflecting on her account. We called the *****line and they told her to change her limit to R5, which she did. The Airtime and Data amount is now available on her account. We called the *****line again asking MTN to reverse the Airtime Minutes and Data and was told that they cannot reverse it???? However, the *****sters did not get away with the data and airtime, and there is no way my daughter can use 935 Gigs or the airtime before it expires
