MTN Line Disconnected
Hello Peter. This morning I tried making a call from my MTN number Im told my line has been disconnected and I should contact my service provider. I call 808 and the call center is not available because of the strike action. I have a line that I pay for monthly but am disconnected, I cant call the support services because they are striking. Each hour my line is off costs me money the very money they need to charge me for my subscription.This has left me with no choice but to cancel my contract as i don't need this. Please help.
