MTN line deactivated
I have complety lost network since Monday and can no longer use my number. I have been without service since then.
When I call the number it says it is not serviced by the MTN network. I have been back and forth with the customer care line with no luck.

19 Dec 2018, 22:42Hi Alice , the number you have queried is correct , you are a star. Looking at the response "Rica Barred | True | Rica Change Date ***6 " , that's the day before my SIM lost signal. So it could maybe be related to a Rica issue ? Would I be able to go into store and attempt to rica the sim again ? Would it also be possible to get a reference number for this query ?
