MTN Line Cancelled

I called this morning to cancel my contract as the outsourcing company didn't honor the upgrade we agreed on last week the 7/7/2023. Instead of changing my number from contract to prepaid MTN cancelled my line completely. Please note this is my daily number. Now my employer, child and family cannot get a hold of me because of MTN. I'm going to sue you MTN, at no point did I ask that my line be cancelled completely!
