MTN Like Government

How is it possible for MTN to just when ever they want to increase your monthly subscription by letting you know by e-mail that whats going to happen and do it. Not to recent was MTN in the news for over charging clients for calls and data and now the want to increase your monthly bill with out your permission. I just signed a new contract that falls in to my budget and now you want to rob me of my money because you can't run your business properly. It is **************** and your are already taken to court for over charging your customers. MTN can be compared to the government for *****ing their customers money like the governments *****ing from the citizen of South Africa. Just taking more with out asking and just no giving a dam!

This is B#ll S^$#T No one informed me that in my new contract states that MTN can increase my contract fee at any time as MTN please by just informing me well in advance. Even by the consumers protection act any notices must given for 20 working days and accepted by both parties. What a reply I got from MTN : "If you do not like what we do, you must take your stuff and F@#K Of", But they know you can't just do that, because you have to pay them X amount to end your contract so you must just swallow and are not aloud to spit and eat up the S#$T. They must be learning from the government how to deal with there clients. Eat S#$T or Die thanks MTN. That is all you get for being along time customer
