MTN lies to get contracts

I was contacted by an MTN consultant who promoted a 40G Data Package (20G day + 20G night) for R199 per month. I accepted the offer and a MTN Sim card was send to me. When I activated the Sim card, I found that the Data package was for only 20G (10G Day + 10G night). This is surely misrepresentation and definitely a lie to get customers to purchase a contract and later offer a lower product. The even failed to mention that the first month would require a R333.81 payment and not R199. I lost my business as a result of COVID19 regulations so money is not something I can throw away. They could have considered that before overcharging me. I've contacted MTN numerous occasions to enquire the above, but the only respond to the additional fees for the first month. Stating that the first month includes additional admin fees, which I understand. But what happened to the 20G that I lost? I've emailed them, went to the MTN store in Paarl and held on for nearly and hour. SO much time and airtime wasted to get hold of MTN to understand, then when I finally got hold of them I asked that they cancel the contract because it was sold as a lie. Now they want to charge me an additional R700 to cancel the contract. I have asked for the consultants recording to confirm, yet this is never available.

I want my 40G (20G Day + 20G night) for R199 pm for 24 months as sold to me telephonically or have the contract cancelled at no additional costs to me.

My Account number is A***
