MTN lies to customers, finish en klaar
Dear MTN

Lets call a spade a spade. You have deliberately **** to me on 3...THREE...DRIE...occasions.
I complained months ago about you sending me spam that would possibly cost me financially if I accidently touched my touch screen smart phone (like in my pocket etc).

You spend out specials on your customers screens telling them about a special and then at the bottom of the screen, they must touch the screen to either ACCEPT or CANCEL.

I reported to your twitter team on various occasions and they **** to me on various occasions confirming that your marketing team has marked my account to say that I will no longer get this *******. The only thing ******* is that MTN Twitter **** to me on various occasions as I got this again a few mins ago.

I guess this is my farewell present as I do not want to support a company that lies to their customers let alone market their products even though they haven't opted in. *********. Guess you will need that Nigerian fine monies from somewhere else. A simple request with absolute pathetic and disgusting service and lies.

The twits are living up to their name.

Soon to be ex-customer...
Me
