MTN LIES ABOUT CANCELLATIONS

EXTREMELY ANGRY. i cancelled my contract in may, now almost 3 months later i am being called and told my account was handed over. i am so angry, after all the effort i went through to cancel the account and this is what i am being told!. definitely will be going the legal route and involving my lawyer, which includes subpoenaing the call records as proof that i was informed the account was cancelled. it is absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE.
