MTN Lies about amounts payable to get you to take a upgrades migration

Hi,

I was contacted by someone from your upgrades department towards the end of April offering a free migration of a linked number, ***, on my profile. I was happy with what they had to offer and was told that my new payment would be R599 down from R609 which honestly sounded like a good deal.

However later on I received my invoice in my email inbox and saw that for that contract I am currently only paying R499 and not R609 as your consultant had told me.

I have been emailing and calling MTN since then with no help, it now shows the amount of R699 on my profile and am not happy with this blatent lie that I was told. Please revert back to the old payment of R499.
