Mtn lies

I'm having a horrible experience with MTN. I wanted to cancel my contract last year and the agent at retention department call Ashwin Solomon convinced me to take a month to month contract instead so that i can cancel it anytime i want to. Later on i upgraded my other number and took a cell phone thinking that i will cancel the data contract. To my surprise i was told that the data contract is a 24 month contract and i will have to pay early termination fee. I requested the call record and i was given ***. Still today my issue is still not resolved. I tried calling cancelation department with no luck after holding the line for a very long time. My suggestion, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACT THINGS 😭
