MTN **** to me
Dear Alice van der Merwe: Hellopeter ***. Have you checked up any of those ref nos on my previous report? I would think not and neither has the salesperson Joshua Wernberg had the decency to contact me or confirm with you. The contract drawn up had no reference to the 2GIG. I have proof via the sms's I received from MTN when I was getting credited with the 2 GIG databundles

As per reference number SMC/*** feedback, you did recieve 1GB + 300MB data on the 27th Dec 2015. The data was used for internet connection. I have requested for the data record to be email to you that shows all that data usage reference number REQ:***.
