MTN Lichtenburg

After canceling my contracts with MTN at their Lichtenburg store the debit orders is still going off. I went to Lichtenburg MTN again on a Saturday and was told the issue would be resolved on the Monday. Nobody phoned. Tuesday I had to phone again but with no client help. Needles to say the debit order was again deducted. Is this how MTN Lichtenburg treat customers? The issue is still not resolved.
