mtn liberty mall - unreliable

I wrote a complaint about MTN about 4 days ago . the business rep**** the next day and told me MTN libery mall would call me back ( the branch opposite nedbank). As usual nothing new he called me and told me he would get back to me in a few minutes. Three days later the matter has not been resolved and no one has called me ever since.

this is exactly why i hate dealing with these guys from liberty mall . They are unreliable. They couldnt help me for 2 years when I was trying to sort this ********** account issue. what makes you think they will sort this out now?

this is far by the worse branch I have ever had to deal with. Clearly this now will take another year to be resolved . I honestly dont ever see myself or any of my family members doing any business with MTN.
