MTN Liberty MALL

A person took out a ********** contract on my dad's name and I called MTN call center which they put me on hold forever then when I finally get to a consultant they hang up the phone and conveniently never gave me their name. My next step was to go to the MTN at LIBERTY MALL but the consultant there was no help they said they couldn't do anything and we need to sort it out myself! I find this unbelievable that a MTN store can't even help you the slightest! We have to keep going to the store because nobody at the LIBERTY MALL MTN answers the phones and then you get there and what a surprise they can't help you! The service stinks in the call center and the store at LIBERTY MALL PMB is even worse! I have gone through multiple occurrences with this store but always remained silent but this time we are frustrated and outraged!
