MTN letting us down

Purchased Superflex online and after 3 weeks it still did not work. Visited numerous shops, no one could help us. Phoned the call center countless times, just to speak to someone is a major challenge and when you do manage to speak to someone they are not helpful at all and just hang up several times. The issue is still not resolved, so basically we paid for a service we did not even receive. I cant see myself ever using MTN again and would highly not recommend them to anyone.
